Acceptable Use

This policy is part of the terms. It applies to everyone who makes, holds, passes, confirms or reads a Keptzy card.

Use Keptzy for

Recording one true sentence that both sides agree on, such as a promise, a date or a delivery.

Passing a card to someone you know who has agreed to take it.

Do not use Keptzy to

Write anything that is false, misleading, vulgar, threatening, hateful or discriminatory.

Harass, stalk or shame anyone, or publish someone's private details (addresses, ID numbers, health or financial data).

Pretend to be another person or firm, or claim a confirmation that did not happen.

Send cards or pass links as spam, post claim links publicly, or pass cards to people who have not asked for them.

Break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or promote illegal goods or services.

Probe, scrape, overload or get around the security or rate limits of keptzy.com, or try to guess card links or keys.

Reporting

Either person on a card can report it. You can also write to hello@keptzy.com. The other person is not told who reported it.

What we may do

We may close a card that breaks this policy, stop a seat that keeps doing so, and report illegal content to the authorities. Closing a card does not delete it.
